The project to create and deliver a new headquarters for Independent property consultancy, and the UK’s largest and most successful property auction house, Allsop, has completed.
Having provided development management services of the landlord’s Cat A works to represent Allsop’s interest in the property, Collins McKay moved the project through phase 2, the fit out of a new office. The project needed to integrate with the work already completed by the landlord, with considerable time and preparation given over to co-ordinating design and technical intent with the equipment and finishes that Allsop would ‘inherit’. The result is a fabulous new client lounge, meeting rooms and varied working spaces for Allsop’s teams, providing them with an updated and efficient environment for their future.
