Flight Centre, the international travel group, has appointed Collins McKay to provide advise in relation to a number of service charge disputes on part of their extensive occupational property portfolio in the south of England. In each case, the landlord is undertaking capital expenditure projects with Flight Centre being liable for a proportion of the cost. Collins McKay’s input is to ascertain whether the works are correctly specified and costed as well as determining if the contribution demand is valid.
