British eyewear company Vision Express has appointed Collins McKay to prepare a dilapidations liability assessment on one of their London stores in advance of them vacating the property. The assessment will enable them to forecast the potential expenditure in relation to their exit from the property and provide an outline strategy for mitigating any outlay prior to receipt of a schedule of dilapidations from the landlord.
