A private investment group has appointed Collins McKay to lead the refurbishment of one of their properties on Curzon Street. The project, to refurbish the main reception to provide a modern and welcoming point of access for tenants and visitors, will be undertaken whilst the building is operational, requiring careful planning and co-ordination. Two of the office floors will also be refurbished via a Cat A fit out and an option to complete the areas to Cat B specification. The project documents were therefore created by Collins McKay with in-built flexibility and the tender process managed to extract maximum value regardless of the final approach selected for the building’s enhancement.
