Collins McKay was appointed by an independent portfolio owner to provide party wall services / neighbourly matters to assist in the development of a contained building over a public easement surrounded by differing building owners, adjacent Piccadilly in the heart of London. Extensive discussions were held with all adjoining parties to achieve boundary agreements which were completed and signed off successfully.
