Collins McKay has been appointed by a global technology services company to prepare a pre-acquisition report on three floors of a new development at 45 Cannon Street, London.   The instruction, requiring a fast response, is to provide robust advice on the design and construction of the building which would affect the client’s fit out and subsequent occupation.
