Collins McKay has been appointed by a private investment company to project manage the conversion of existing office space in the centre of Bath to student accommodation. The project, being headed by Collins McKay’s Director of Projects, Robert Davis, requires the co-ordination of a multi-disciplinary team to take the concept designs through planning and a complete works package. Being located directly adjacent to a mainline railway and retaining the structure of a Victorian engineering shed, the project will be the type of challenge that Collins McKay relishes.
