BASF, the largest chemical producer in the world, has instructed Collins McKay to prepare a pre-acquistion report on the new headquarters for one of its subsidiaries. The property will be assessed for suitability as a new facility with the report also focusing on the present condition and what issues need to be attended to before BASF can take occupation.
