PGIM Private Capital, formerly known as Pricoa, has engaged Collins McKay to provide project management and cost consultancy services for their move to the recently completed landmark building 8 Bishopsgate in the City of London.
The private capital provider and asset manager had already selected a design and build firm for the fit-out work, but wanted independent advice, comfort on costs and specialist oversight of the project to ensure that their risks were properly managed. From analysis of the contractor’s costs through to move in of the completed new space, Collins McKay will be their client-side representative.
