Collins McKay was appointed by a building owner to deal with an unfinished complex dilapidations matter, involving redevelopment of a former government building incorporating lease supersession aspects. CMK’s role required a three way negotiation between current and former developer and the Government Dept, who were being advised by a well known Building Consultancy.
