Updated Dilapidations Assessments for River Island

Long-standing client of Collins McKay, River Island, has instructed an update of their dilapidations liability provisions across numerous properties throughout the UK.  The purpose of the exercise is to ensure that any accounting allowances for future dilapidations expenditure are accurate, and accordingly the Collins McKay team will inspect the properties to check the current condition before adjusting our assessment calculations.
