The contents of a pre-acquisition report will always be defined by the client’s requirement for the individual property but where appropriate we provide budget costings to assist price negotiations, headline risk identification, and a summary of legal considerations which can only be appreciated from a physical inspection of the building.

Our Experience

Over the past few years we have provided pre-acquisition advice on modern office buildings, Listed property, development opportunities and retail units.  we’ve inspected individual properties, multi-let space, and investment portfolios. In fact, if it’s a built asset, we can inspect and report on it.

The pre-cursor to every inspection comprises a brief with the client to enable us to understand objectives, headline criteria, and timescales. We’ll identify and engage with other consultants relevant to that particular acquisition, and ensure that their advice is reported in a manner that is consistent and relevant.  Above all, we will provide the client with advice that is in line with their aspirations for each property.
