The refurbishment of office space on Charing Cross Road for an overseas investor has completed ready to re-let to new tenants. Collins McKay acted as project manager with a focus on delivering the project within budget and to a quality that reflected the needs of the local office market customers. The project required minor alterations to the existing configuration and refurbishment of finishes, as well as a comprehensive overhaul of the lighting installations. Work was undertaken within the Covod-19 restrictions yet despite these constraints, the project completed on time.
