The fit out of Assured Guaranty’s new European headquarters has completed as scheduled and to the high standard required by the leading provider of financial guaranty insurance. From the front of house reception, meeting room and executive pods to the open plan office and break out space, a great deal of attention has been paid to the design and quality of workmanship.
Collins McKay represented Assured Guaranty throughout the project from the selection of contractor through to issue of the final certificates at completion. Bringing financial, technical and contractual expertise to the process has allowed Assured Guaranty to focus on their business whilst the fit out progressed through its various stages.
This isn’t the end of our involvement; Collins McKay will continue to monitor any defects which arise over the next 12 month to ensure that they are dealt with appropriately.
