Collins McKay has been appointed by a private investment company to project manage the conversion of existing office space in the centre of Bath to a 103 bed purpose built student accommodation development. The project, being headed by Collins McKay’s Director of Projects, Robert Davis, requires the co-ordination of a multi-disciplinary team to take the concept designs through planning and a complete works package. Being located directly adjacent to a mainline railway and retaining the structure of a Victorian engineering shed whilst achieving EPC B and BREEAM Excellent, the project will be the type of challenge that Collins McKay relishes.
