Inflexion Appointment

Inflexion Private Equity, one of the UK’s leading independent mid-market private equity houses, has appointed Collins McKay to provide Employer’s Agent and Project Management services in relation to their new headquarters on Queen Anne Street.  The property is to be fitted out to a high standard over a 24 week period by a design and build contractor with the work comprising a complete category B fit out.  Collins McKay are responsible for overseeing the project in a technical, contractual and financial capacity including cost control to ensure that the project remains on budget.
