Buyout Investor Keensight Capital required a fast-track delivery of their new office in The Caxton, Buckingham Green having made the final selection of the space with a short time to run before the end of their existing lease.

Collins McKay were engaged to drive the project forwards, setting up contracts, preparing documents necessary to protect the client, then managed the project to a timely conclusion.
