Collins McKay has been appointed by Associated British Foods Plc to provide technical design and project services in relation to the fit out of their new office space in Peterborough. The office, built a number of years ago, is to be surveyed as part of the acquisition with a schedule of condition prepared for appending to the lease.
The space planning will be undertaken by a local designer whilst all technical designs and specifications will be produced by Collins McKay in order that the project can be tendered. We will also be managing the fit out process and co-ordinating all sub-consultants to ensure that the project is delivered in line with the client’s objectives
