The Cat B fit out in Dublin for Pokémon’s new office has completed. This phase of the project to a create a new European office has finished considerably later than planned, with delays to the main building’s development being hampered by the Covid pandemic, shutting down the site intermittently over a one year period.
Once the Cat B team got on site, works progressed smoothly despite issues with lengthening lead times caused by unprecedented demand for materials and product post-Covid. Careful project planning and management ensured that the project had been a huge success

Time was well spent pre-start of the Cat B works to put contingencies in place for continuing issues once Covid restrictions has eased and these proved invaluable in ensuring that the project ran smoothly”.
