Up in the clouds

The private capital arm of PGIM, Pricoa, has appointed Collins McKay as project manager and cost consultant of the fit out of their new office on the 32nd floor of 8 Bishopsgate. A design and build contractor has already been selected by the client so the first step for Collins McKay will be to undertake a detailed analysis of the costs submitted to ensure that they offer value for money. The fit out will be to a very high standard and will provide client facing space with exceptional views across London.
