From the onset we will establish the project brief and ensure that the resources available are right for the task. We can provide a design service or work with a client’s appointed design team and will produce all the documentation needed to tender the works and ensure that a fair market price is obtained. We’ll deal with the contractual aspects; we work across all the normally recognised contracts, from the JCT suites to the NEC forms and through to client’s bespoke procurement documentation.
A key part of any project is financial control and we will ensure that a client pays the right amount at the right time for the work undertaken by the contractor. Throughout the project we will monitor progress, quality and ensure that the project objectives are being met, if not exceeded .
Our experience in this work spans property of all types including offices, retail, education and industrial. We work on large value projects such as capital expenditure works through to small scale remedial repairs.
